However, be warned that posts that are obscene, discriminatory, pornographic, threatening to any person/organization, racist or otherwise NOT suitable for a general audience will NOT be entertained at all.

We will be monitoring this closely and any one posting such material will be banned.

I just changed the theme from the old dull blue.

Please let me know if you like the theme now and if it DISPLAYS CORRECTLY in YOUR BROWSER.

No flaming please. We are trying to make the site look attractive but we are not CSS coders. So we make do with whatever skills we can muster:-)

If many of you feel that the old blue theme is better, then we will change it back in a jiffy. So do let us know.

The theme has been changed to the old dull blue as some users sent me emails saying that it does not display properly on their browsers.

The site is running on an older backup of the database (dated 9th Oct 2008). Users who registered after this date, please re-register. People who posted after this date, kindly repost. Sorry for the trouble.

Here is the scoop on what happened.

I upgraded the site to Drupal 6.5 (the latest version) on Saturday. It ran OK. However on Sunday morning, I saw that it was leaking memory and the memory consumption on the system from PHP was a "bit too much" to my liking. Unfortunately, Drupal provides no way to downgrade the database to an older version.

Thankfully we have backups.

Please refrain from flaming one and other. Disagreements are fine and are expected. However, please be polite and do NOT use vulgar language on this site.

We are all professionals and as such please act with decency and decorum.

Please refrain from trying to be too smart and trying to crack the security of the site. We just banned one user recently for malicious attempts at breaking site security.

Please note that there are multiple levels of security monitoring on this site and that EVERYTHING is logged.

Also, please refrain from asking for TWIN mailing list membership using the Contact Us link. This site has NOTHING to do with the TWIN mailing list.
