If the organization you are working for has good scopes, you can become a team lead for the documentation team/ group and even the director of the documentation team/ group. It all depends what opportunities your organization is ready to give you.

If you are good at graphics, you can also pitch in for Product Manager where you will be required to write PRD (Product Requirement Document) based on the audience analysis for the audience or market your company caters to.

In a nut shell, there are n number of possibilities you can explore.

There are different designations for writers in line with engineering and QA departments such as Documentation Analysts, Documentation Architects, Associate Documentation Manager, Documentation Manager, Department Head - Documentation, Vice President - Documentation, and so on.
