Hi All,

I want to create user manual for different product, for that i have a full fledged central document,say DOC1.Depending upon the different product,the user manual content may vary but 90 % is same that of DOC1.Remaining 10 % is obtained by deleting or editing 10 % of the DOC1.So can anybody suggest any tool or software that can do the data extraction,deletion depending upon the heading .So it will be good and easy to make the manual using some extraction tool rather than editing the page using word document.
