I'm a btech fresher and i want to start my career as an entry level BA. But it is tough for a fresher to get a BA job.
I’m planning to do technical writing certification by twb so that i get a job as a technical writer and then I move on to a BA position.
Is it the right way forward? How much experience is required to move from technical writer to BA?
plz help

Transition from Technical Writer to Business Analyst

Hello Ravisha,

Since you are just starting your career, it will be prudent to get into a job that will pave the way for you to become a Business Analyst. I am not sure how much, a career in Technical Writing will help you become a BA.

Generally, experienced people with high technical knwledge are considered for BA position. Since you are a B.Tech, you are already technically qualified. You need to get the right experience in correct quantity.

Kindly talk to your seniors or mentors in your college or to any experienced professional who may be a BA before deciding. You need to take a path that will take you towards your career objective.
