Support Helping people use applications by answering their questions and giving information that facilitates correct operation of software and hardware over the-phone, chat and /email.
• Troubleshooting –Diagnosing the malfunctions in the operation of hardware and software.
• Repair-Correcting application software malfunctions.
• Strong knowledge in OS (Windows 2000,XP Professional)
• Knowledge of computer security procedures and protocol.
Experience working with either two or more of these-
MS Exchange server
Troubleshooting of LAN ,WAN ,VPN Issues.
Experience in troubleshooting with remote PC.
