Experience: 1-3 years

Required skills:
+ Minimum of 1 to 3 years’ experience in preparing technical documentation
+ Proficient in English language
+ Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
+ Willingness to learn new writing tools, products and technology
+ Effectiveness in working with IT professionals in a fast-paced project environment
+ Strong customer orientation

Additional skills (desirable):
+ Experience in Technical Writing tools such as FrameMaker, RoboHelp and XMetal
+ Experience in working with large Technical Writing teams, with sound editorial processes
