Job Description:

• Develop a wide range of documentation for various CDC product suites
• Design, create, and review technical documents
• Interact with project team members to identify requirements for the project
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that documentation deliverables meet customer needs and quality standards
• Enforce and follow established style guides to ensure high quality standards
• Participate in a variety of team initiatives, and come up with innovative ideas

Skills:
• Good educational background, preferably BCA/MCA/Technology
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good editing, analytical, and proof reading skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
• Confident self-starter with ability to work independently
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with all levels within the organization
• Knowledge of Adobe FrameMaker, Robohelp, and Webworks Publisher is a plus
