 Excellent writing skills.
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact frequently
with technical research and development personnel.
 Ability to work productively in a dynamic, deadline‐driven environment.
 Experience in writing user guides, installation guides, online help and technical support
documents.
 Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
 Working Experience in Robohelp, MS Office, Snag IT.
 Knowledge in HTML and Adobe Captivate will be considered as an added advantage.

Job Duties:

 Work with Developers and Project Managers to drive the scope and direction of product
end‐user documentation.
 Analyze, interpret, compose and edit information to create effective documentation.
 Gather information about customer requirements and produce usable refined content.
