Designation – Instructional Designer / Senior Instructional Designer

Location – Chennai

Job Responsibilities:

Key Tasks
 Demonstrate depth of knowledge and skill in instructional design by applying it to novel situations, providing pre-sales support, business analysis and ID solutioning
o Designs and develops technical training curriculum for customer base.
o Create design documents
o Create/Review storyboards
o Resolve problems/issues raised by external and/or internal customers by using a logical & systematic approach
o Ensure that all overall quality of deliverables
o Interact with clients & SMEs to gather project-related information
o Build collaborative relationships and work collaboratively in a team
o Lead project teams
 Complexity
o Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
o Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
o Builds productive internal/external working relationships.
 Supervision
 Normally receives general instructions on routine work, provide detailed instructions on new projects or assignments to junior members

Qualifications Required
• Any Degree with 3 - 8 years of Experience
