Recently, there have been tremendous changes and advancements in the technical communication industry with regards to the document editing/writing and the authoring process. Several efforts have been drawn by various groups/companies to improve and standardize the document writing process. MadCap Software has delivered very good and efficient software tools that can be used by organizations involved in technical documentation projects.

TWIN Writing Contest

It is dawn and the play begins with numerous challenges and continues till dusk. Gone are the days where we need to purchase different tools to create a single deliverable. We are currently living in the age of automated documentation. Till yesterday in the technical front, we found that our march towards development were pulled back if were to use different tools from different companies to make things happen. To speak from the deepest of our hearts, Madcap is a boon for all writers who till the recent past wore their thinking caps to facilitate simpler methods of documentation.

MadCap Software Webinar - a learning experience

The webinar today was actually an exemplary form of knowledge sharing, a session where ideas were exchanged and questions were actually answered.

Mike Hamilton, VP of Madcap Software started the presentation by giving the best possible form of introduction to Madcap Software, their tools and approach towards covering publishing. He was closely assisted by Sharton Burton, as she attended to I believe, every possible query that came her way.
